About Total Managed Care

Total Managed Care (TMC) is a consultative firm dedicated to improving the health status and care of individuals with disabilities and specialized needs. Drawing on extensive years of rehabilitation nursing experience, Total Managed Care specializes in Utilization Review, medical/legal and insurance consultation, life care planning, telephonic/field nurse case management, and on-site wellness/disease management programs. Established in 2000 in Fresno, California, Total Managed Care supports medical, legal, and insurance professionals throughout the state.
